Your AirDrop address line 2 carries a routing token in the form METHOD-TIER-ACCOUNT (for example AIR-RUBY-10493). That token is how a box gets matched to you. Copy it from your dashboard exactly — a package that arrives without it has to be identified by hand, which is the single most common cause of a delayed package.
From your address to your hands
Packages arriving at your US address show up in your AirDrop account with photos and weights. Air freight lands in Jamaica 2 to 5 business days after your item reaches our US warehouse. Express is 1 to 2 business days and SeaDrop sea freight 5 to 10. They clear customs with our brokers, and you collect in Kingston, Montego Bay or Savanna-la-Mar, or choose delivery to your door.
